Apparently you can convert GIFs to scratch. To do this, simply make a video or a GIF. Then, put it in using the upload sprite button. Then, to make it repeat itself, put a forever block down with a wait block and next costume block. I suggest making the wait block 0.05 seconds but you do you. Wait, why are you still going? nothing here! Fine. You got me. If you want me to make something just for you (or a friend) you can comment that you that idea and I will try to make it. It might not work, so don't get too excited.
