This is famous for Japanese game. Its name is "Shogi". Click a place to move after clicking the piece which you want to move. If you take the "王将(King)", you win. It's like the chess. When you want to save, open editor and export the list of "position". When you want to load, go to title and click the "続きから始める(Load Game)" and import the data file to the list of "position".
