It also may cause tail or nerve injuries. Symptoms of this include stiff or difficulty walking, sensitivity around the tail, or unusual posture. Bobtails don't often cause health issues in cats, unlike manx syndrome. However, in Caw's case he will struggle with walking a little and deal with some pain, to help with this, Caw will wear a stick on his back (tied on with moss) it help a little bit. As he gets a little older he will lose the stick and grow more confident and deal with less pain when walking.
