Intersex What it is: When someone is born with intersex, they don't fit in a general gender category. While most traits may appear at birth, other traits are apparent as the intersex person grows up, as sometimes these traits are out of sight. What it affects: -Chromosomes (usually the ones that affect gender like XX and XY) -Hormones -Private parts that magically create babies -And gametes What intersex does to a human's body: Intersex can be caused by several factors. Among these are changed hormones, missing Y gene, and generally exposure to hormones. While being intersex is naturally not dangerous, it does mean the body is(I guess) more different than others. This is due to the possibility of an additional chromosome (example as in XXY instead of XY) and mixed body parts (parts that share characteristics of both genders). Fertility can be negatively impacted, due to the mix organ traits. While intersex humans would get artificial technology, these are cats and therefore, said cat wouldn't be able to conceive or magically create babies. Also this doesn't impact sexuality. Diseases mildly associated with being intersex (If not 18+, do not research about the last three. Complete irrelevant :'D) -Cancer -Weak bones -Klinefelter's syndrome (extra chromosomes, usually for male calicos/ tortoise) -Swyer syndrome (underdeveloped magic parts) -Hypospadias (peepeeing gone wrong) -Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome (female magic parts are underdeveloped)
