For a while this character was under the ownership of a username Ask_Seb but now I own it.
His grey skin and white eyes are due to radiation poisoning from trespassing in an abandoned lab with a crap ton of radiation. He's 4ft tall also due to radiation (It's fictional radiation, don't ask) His eyes were originally pure white, but I decided to make it a pinkish white due to irritation in his eyes from the mutation.
