Story of this vecna: So basically after the mind flayer found out about eleven, it was intrigued so the mind flayer basically made this creature that was like eleven but not eleven, it looked some what human and had telekinesis like eleven but it looked like an unfinished human, and this creature is like a caveman so it isn't very intelligent but is very barbaric and smarter than the other creatures in the upside down, it uses its powers to quickly crush the bones of its victims and sucks their life source so it can become more powerful, it even made a cloak out of demogorgon skin.
