I MADE MORE ART YAY!!! scratch is going to start using our projects for training ai which i dont support as its basically stealing peoples hard work whether its art, animations or code i know people have said "oh its not using generative ai, its just training it to make a ai assistant to help people code" believe it are not thats still bad! it will still be using out projects to train it/ basically stealing our data, and is really bad for the enviorment! so its still bad guys! but heres what YOU CAN DO! i encourage EVERYONE to email the scratch team and talk about this, indivisual messages to the scratch team often get ignored but if they get messages from hundreds maybe thousands of scratch users, they'll have to pay attention! making posts about it on scratch doesnt do much, instead boycott it and send an email! (me and many others plan to not use scratch at all for all of feb 1- feb7! i encourage everyone to do this, and i will do it myself aswell, if nothing changes i'll have to leave. oh also i drew kris in a gumball cosplay yes i know its stupid but i draw stupid stuff :3
