From my understanding, agreeing to Scratch’s TOS makes you agree to letting them use your art to train AI. I trusted Scratch for some reason and agreed before seeing someone else make an announcement about it. I hope me unsharing my projects as soon as I saw this news did anything. Though, I don’t think it did. But I recommend that people not use Scratch for art anymore. Update: They aren’t **currently** training AI with your art but agreeing to the TOS still lets them have “rights” to training AI with the content from your projects which can include your art. I’m still not having my newer art on this platform for the time being though since I still do not support this change. More information here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1269751874
This is reminding me of dA’s AI thing where they made it so you automatically are opted into your art being trained for AI which is very [words I can’t say on Scratch for obvious reasons]/wrong.
