From my understanding, scratch isn't training models using projects and the new ToS's intention was confirming we allowed the bot to make recommendations to our projects. They've also been talking about this for a while, it's just been more obvious now. That's a lot better, but like, why couldn't they say that directly? I'm sure quite a few ppl deleted their accounts. Idk guys, we'll have to see how it goes.
