In the lore reveal from Christopher Awdry, he revealed info about tidmouth's station pilot which is a mysterious 0-6-0 pannier tank. I thought I'd make my own interpretation of this mysterious pannier tank. His personality is that he's mostly laid back which is why he never got any stories to himself in the books, but that doesn't mean he never had them. I numbered this one 12 as he would've been brought in almost immediately after Duck left
