When you have enough money, you can buy upgrades. I suggest upgrading the wish, because it upgrades +5 for both Dollars per second and Dollars per click. The prices never ever change, so when you upgrade it enough, you can just spam it. Right now, there isn't anything to do other than click and buy, but I might do some upgrades eventually.
