Another Civil War has broken out among groundhog kind because of the power vacuum left by the previous Sigma Groundhog, who left no heir. In hopes to stop worldwide groundhog extinction, you must rise to the top to restore order to groundhog kind by stomping on groundhogs who question your authority. Arrow keys to move your groundhog. The top left variable displays your size. Step on smaller groundhogs to crush them and get bigger. Don't get stepped on by bigger groundhogs. If you aren't sure of a groundhog's size, hover your cursor over it and it will tell you their size. Once you reach size 314, you're officially the Sigma Groundhog, and are unbeatable by any enemy groundhogs. The game will ask you if you want to be added to the Sigma Groundhog ancestry list—which you may decline if you feel having your username memorized by all studious young groundhogs for the rest of time is too great an honor. You may view the groundhogs of the Sigma Dynasty by pressing spacebar. If you accidentally added your name to the Sigma Dynasty list and feel uncomfortable with that, let me know in the comments and I'll remove it. The game isn't actually that hard (though it does get harder as you get closer to Sigma Level), so let me know if you think I should add some more difficulty.
I did all the code. You can thank the robot overlords for the groundhog design. There. I've said it. Artificial Intelligence is better at drawing than I am. Honestly, that isn't that impressive though :D If anybody recognized the First Dynasty Egyptian Pharaohs listed at the beginning of the Sigma Dynasty (without seeing the 19/20th dynasty Ramesses, mind you) congratulations. You're an honorary Egyptologist, as far as groundhogs are concerned. Please let me know of any bugs you find your suggestions for updates. Yes, I already know that the game keeps going after you lose, and yes I know the groundhogs move faster when they start close to the x-axis. Sorry, but I'm still trying to fix those. They're relatively minor bugs though (as I did manage to decrease the number appearing along the x-axis) so I shared this anyway XD If you want me to add a historical monarch to the ancestry list, let me know in the comments
