Eugh boy. I know in a lot of ways the world seems to keep getting worse. Especially with AI. I know it’s tempting to withdraw into yourself and just ignore the world. You take one look at the news and you feel terrible. When will it end? But instead of retreating, go out into the world and make a difference. Don’t stop creating, don’t stop drawing and writing and painting. Don’t let the world drag you down. Lift it up. You are unique and beautiful, and so are the things you create. The more AI “art” you see, the more you should draw. The more generated stories you read, the more you should write. The worse the world gets, the more you should show kindness. Be defiant to NEVER stop creating. Rebel against the world and show just how amazing a person can be. It doesn’t have to be much. Smile at someone. Even just that can make a difference. Don’t let it become the age of AI, make it the age of Art. Don’t separate yourself from everyone else, but offer a hand to help. Don’t isolate yourself, instead let’s grow into a loving community. If everyone here supported and helped each other more, we’d be that much better off. Let hardship grow into perseverance. Into unwavering strength.
