"Chaotic Dissidents detected. Automatic Grayscaling ineffective. It appears I must handle this myself." --------------------------------------------------------------------- Official Replacement for Nemesis (The Eggman guy not the Resident Evil one) PRIMARY STATS (i dont know how speed / damage is measured in VV so ill just use very broad terms.) ------------------------------------ Stamina - Very High Speed - Average Damage - Average Range - High Health (if thats a thing here) - Very High ABILITIES ---------------------------------- Passive #1 - Ink Trail The Sentinel will constantly leave behind a trail of black ink wherever it moves. Victims that step into this ink will be highlighted to the Sentinel for a brief moment, along with having a slow speed debuff. The Sentinel also travels much faster when crossing its own ink trail, as opposed to the standard ground. Passive #2 - "Order" meter The Sentinel has a meter within itself that can be filled by attacking / eliminating victims. The Order meter has a total of 3 states before being fully powered- each state buffing Sentinel's abilities handsomely. ABILITY #1 - "Grayscale Ejection" The Sentinel will lurch its head back and fire a volley of 10 black ink orbs that slowly move forwards and spread out in a cone shape. Victims that are hit by these orbs will be slightly damaged and hit with a slowness debuff. Any surface hit by these orbs will also be covered in Ink that behaves the same way as Sentinel's ink trail. ABILITY #2 - "Antivirus Agents" The Sentinel's chest will shine red, before it will spit out and spawn Jelletons to assist itself. In this state, it can only spawn 2 groups of 3 Swarming Languendos; very weak but fast moving jelletons that ink the ground in front of them. Ability #3 - "Unorderly Rage" The Sentinel's eyes will change from their pink color to black, as it will then twitch erratically, giving itself a brief speed and damage boost. It is worth noting all Jelletons can use a form of Unorderly Rage as well if they are left active on the map for too long. - BUFFED ABILITIES -- Order Meter State 2 ------------------------------------ ABILITY - "Arpeggio Barrage" Rather than firing 10 ink blobs, The Sentinel will now fire out 5 Homing Arpeggios. These act as very slow moving homing missiles that can deal heavy damage to anything they hit. Due to their size, they can be easy to miss, especially in combination with other distractions. Ability - "Antivirus Agents TII" The amount of Jelletons the Sentinel can spawn has increased from 6 to 12. In addition to 6 Swarming Languendos- it now can spawn up to 5 Marching Adantes, and 1 Battering Lento. The Marching Adantes move slower then the Languendos, but have higher hp. The Battering Lentos move even slower, and don't even leave ink trails, but they deal devastating damage. Their speed also increases dramatically when they activate Unorderly Rage. Ability - "Kraken Rush" Rather than a very brief speed boost, The Sentinel now charges itself up before lurching forward a medium distance, dealing damage to anything it hits. -BUFFED ABILITIES-- Order Meter State 3 Ability - "Sting Ray" The Sentinel's eyes and mouth now shine a bright white, before it unleashes 3 laser beams that can be aimed towards targets. The beams are capable of passing through walls, however- The Sentinel is unable to have good mobility to truly exploit this to a broken degree. Ability - "Antivirus Gateway" Rather than spawning Jelletons from itself, The Sentinel can now drop a maximum of 3 portals to spawn Jelletons automatically every minute or so. Portals have a medium amount of health, and if left alone for too long, will upgrade into Giant Portals- doubling their health and increasing their spawning rate. Each portal can have up to 10 Jelletons spawned at a time- each type of Jelleton being spawned randomly. Ability - "Jaws of Order" The Sentinel's chest shines red, before it suddenly spits out a Jelleton Reefslider, and uses that Reefslider to ride forwards a decent distance before setting off an explosive detonation, dealing heavy damage and knockback to anything that's too close.
