alright so I did some digging and here's what I found: (ik I have been saying I will sue, and I will, as soon as this escalates, but legally, I cannot do ANYTHING about this.) [Update: If you live in a US territory/state, you do have the right of protest, but we are unable to do anything- huh... maybe I should be a lawyer...] [Update 2: Luckily I found this: While not illegal to have a minor sign a ToS, they can void the contract, meaning they can opt out of the agreement even if they already agreed to it. So, we can get out of the ToS, but we still CANNOT sue YET.] [ANOTHER UPDATE: Earlier, I said that you can back out of ToS right? If you have created an acc, the only way to BACK OUT of the ToS is to DELETE your ACCOUNT!]
