(Sorry if I express my self badly, I’m not really used to speak english) So, you're telling me that in just a few months, weeks, or even days, this website is going to be flooded with projects that are completely void of true creative thought? Is that really the direction we’re heading in? Let’s not forget, we're talking about Scratch here, a platform that's been dedicated to nurturing the creativity of millions of users worldwide. There are 140 million active Scratchers, and the vast majority of them have expressed, loudly and clearly, that they don’t want AI to take over the site. They want to create with their own ideas, using their own imagination and skills, not have something generated for them by an algorithm. I’ve seen the reasoning behind adding AI: "Oh, it’s just to help create more creative content, it’ll make things easier." But honestly, that’s the exact opposite of what AI does. Creativity, at its core, is about the human experience, our emotions, our flaws, our innovations. Artificial intelligence doesn’t bring those things to the table. It generates output based on patterns and data, which may look impressive at first, but it’s nothing more than a calculated mimicry. They are using OUR projects, OUR projects to train their AI?! I mean, I hope they give us credits! Don't they? It lacks soul, depth, and the unique, unpredictable spark of true creativity. So let me be clear: I’m not trying to dismiss technology, but there’s a reason the overwhelming majority of the Scratch community is against this shift. It’s not about resisting change, it’s about preserving the essence of what makes Scratch and it's community. The focus has always been on creating creativity projects, on learning and experimenting. But as time goes, things get worst, the trending page, the cloud variables, unjustified bans or eliminating projects without a SINGLE reason. Adding AI to the platform changes that dynamic fundamentally. It would be like replacing a painter’s brush with a machine that "creates" art, just look all the people that makes art projects inside here. Do we want a trend page full of A.I. projects? My answer, and the answer from all the 140 millions of scratchers here, is NO. From now on I won't continue making projects until there's some new from the Scratch Team saying something about this "creative" AI. This project, and all of my projects don't have anything made or generated by AI. Credits: for art and music Music remixed is: DOOM- Sign Of Evil.
