If y'all haven't heard already, Scratch has added a teeny tiny bit to the Terms of Service. Scratch is now implementing an AI tool that trains off of YOUR code!** This project explains it a lot better: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1269751874 Scratch is for KIDS Ain't no way I was gonna read the TOS, much less a 10 year old drawing comics Did they really think they could slip this under our noses? AI seems like the common tread nowadays, but that doesn't mean it's good. AI is not creative and it's certainly not going to "spark innovation" As quoted from the actual TOS: "You grant Scratch a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid right and license to store, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, distribute, and otherwise use and exploit your AI Content, in whole or in part, for the purpose of providing, developing, improving, and extending the Service and for commercial purposes, which may include (but not be limited to) licensing, developing, and improving AI models and allowing third parties to do so for free or for a fee" ... Danggggg
