so i think we all know what this project is about. the ai situation currently going on with scratch and honestly, i am very upset about it ive tried looking at other projects on this topic but i keep getting a bunch of mixed messages. like, some ppl are saying it will steal art and others are saying it will only take code, and in my opinion scratch has been thrown into a bit of chaos i have no idea what to believe i know that it can be really scary to think about robots taking ANYTHING that belongs to you, or at least i definitely think it is but right now, the best course of action would be to try and stay calm, and come together as a community to fight against this. please reconsider this new ai “improvement”, scratch. youre better than this as for me, i dont think i will be leaving, but im definitely going to be less active. call it a hiatus or what you will, but the only thing ill be doing at the moment is commenting on/liking projects. specifically only projects that belong to my friends here who dont have any other socials so i can keep in touch. if you DO catch me posting art, you can bet it will be poisoned in some way. yes, ive heard that technology that can remove nightshade/glaze has been created, but poisoning artwork provides me a sense of security (and its possibly the only option i have at this point) so i will still be doing so. at least it will make stealing my art a LITTLE more difficult. in fact, the only reason the art in this project doesnt have anything applied is because i havent finished downloading nightshade/glaze, and i wanted to get this project out sooner rather than later. ill be a lot more active on th (my user is rawrzified for those who dont know) so please message me on there if youre trying to reach out. ill also be posting all pays/trades on there instead, so if i owe you smth, lmk your th user. and if you dont have th, lmk what other socials you might have, as i rlly only want to use scratch as a last resort atm i know we can overcome this if we all work together keep creating. dont let this situation get you down. say NO to ai. ill be seeing you guys :)
