Welcome to the Axel's dreamscape. Feel free to remix with your own guys, just follow everything in the Notes and Credits
This entire scene is HEAVILY inspired/taken from @Revived-29bdhess project so most of the credit goes to them, as all I did is make the stars flicker, added shooting stars, added 2 of my characters and animated them, and the swirling particles over the cannons. And to remix, simply change the colours of the backdrop, moon, and sky effect to match your characters theme (the dust is optional) Then, replace the characters with yours. BUT, make sure you credit both me and @Revived-29bdhess (mainly them for the art and code, me for the idea to make it a scene you can make)
