Chapter 3: LINKS POV: Everybody in my homeroom stared at me. Mr. Rito made me sit at an “isolation desk” that was a desk i ended up in a lot. I looked at my desk-mates seat. Her name was Zelda. But she was not there. I did not know who the person was that i shot. But i did in that moment. And there was blood on the floor where i shot the person. Normally i would not care, but something about Zelda gave me grief. ZELDAS POV: I woke up in a hospital bed coughing up blood. My parents were there talking to the doctors. “It’s really a miracle she woke up.” The doctor said. “When can she come home?” My mom asked. “As long as she does not pass out today or tomorrow she can go home.” The doctor said smiling at me. A WEEK LATER… LINKS POV: I saw Zelda in the hall on my way to class. She coughed up blood and looked scared. I could tell she did not know what to do. I ran into the bathroom and got a paper towel. I brought it to Zelda. At first she looked frightened. Then she took it and coughed up more blood. “You okay?” I asked. “Yeah. I’m fine.” Zelda murmured. Barely audible. “I know this wont make anything better, but im sorry okay? Very sorry!” Is said in an annoying tone the walked away. “Great now she’s afraid of me. Scaredy cat.” I thought. Then i felt guilty of thinking that and saying what i said. But I can’t help it.
