- Infos about the building - The Versmannhaus in Hamburg was built between 1910 and 1912 according to plans by Johann Gottlieb Rambatz and Wilhelm Jollasse as an office building with shops, a café and a restaurant. More information on https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Versmannhaus. If you don't understand any german language, go to https://de-m-wikipedia-org.translate.goog/wiki/Versmannhaus?_x_tr_sl=de&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=de&_x_tr_pto=wapp As far as I know, there are three lifts in this building. I think these elevators replaced a paternoster elevator probably from the 1910s. Maybe the other elevator in this building replaced an vintage elevator from the 50s. These are the only elevators that go to the top (5th floor). The other elevator only goes to the 4th floor (equals 5th floor due to a mezzaine floor). Here is the link to the other elevator: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/964265838 - Technical specifications about these elevators - Brand: Thyssen Capacity: 450 kg / 6 persons Year of construction: 1971 Serial: 199468; 194469 Floors: 8 = E - OE - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 Type: Traction - Notes - This is my fictional 03/02/2024 take E means Erdgeschoß = Ground floor, OE means Oberes Erdgeschoß = Upper ground floor = Mezzaine The upper ground floor is actually the 1st floor. The 1st floor is actually 2nd floor, etc... That's because this building has a mezzaine floor. Some older buildings has a mezzaine. - Credits - All respectful users
