- - - good day you beautiful lovely people, i have some stuff to discuss. Firstly, I'm going to be starting a Warriors comic here on Scratch! Yay :D But that leads into the second, more serious matter: "Aren't I afraid that it's going to be fed into AI?" ..well. Yes and no. If you've seen the new TOS of Scratch, you know what I'm talking about and just like all other artists, I definitely don't want any of my works to be stolen and used for AI training. Things like this are popping up all over various sites, and it disgusts me. However, what makes me even more sad is that because of this, many artists are leaving public sites or even stopping art completely. And that's just awful. But my advice to everyone is to keep drawing, keep posting your talents, and keep protesting these changes. (I've heard of a petition somewhere- you can ask around if you're interested, I personally don't have a ton of information on that, unfortunately.) You only have one life to live, after all, so live it well. Don't let AI take away your joy, ideas, and passions, because those are the things that make us human. This isn't just an ART community. It's an art COMMUNITY. So whatever happens, I hope we can all have each others' backs. - - -
