I will be on DA (@/Wintxrmoon) so feel free to talk to me there, but I wont be posting or responding to comments that week! I am finished with the GTA batch 7, and depending on what happens with the boycott I may post the next batch after that week or just post it on DA and share the link on scratch. will still be here till Feb 1st but after that, peace out for a week [ OG DESC ] Attention scratchers!! You probably already know about the new scratch terms of service. If we peacefully protest this new addition to the website, the team might listen to us. I suggest we boycott. We pick a week where nobody gets online. Nobody posts, nobody comments, just dead silence from the entire scratch community. Spread the word, post projects, let the CEO know how against the new terms of service we are. At least convince them to add an opt out option. (Also!! This is not an incentive to be rude and disrespectful to the scratch team. EDIT- scratch is apparently gonna just use code ig, for algorithmic AI to help with kids coding creativity or smth (I don't have the energy to paraphrase their happy little paragraph about it) I'm still gonna do the boycott and see what happens but I'll still keep posting. until more information is given though, I'll be posting my art on DA and then posting a scratch project with a link to the DA post. if the AI thing doesn't let up then ig that's what I'm doing till I tire of this website rip scratch you were fun once so many users are leaving, this is hecka depressing
