NOT FCFS TO CLAIM. i am not accepting new design requests at the moment, but there are claimable designs inside the project 1. designs made for tss stay in tss. they may not be used or ported into another roleplay or universe. 2. design must be kept alive until 36 moons and may not be removed for inactivity. if the cat is removed from inactivity at /any/ age (even 36+) or before the age of 36, the design goes back to me. -- to put that into perspective, 12 moons is one year, 24 moons is 2 years, and 36 moons is 3 years. you're only required to keep the cat alive for 3 in-rp years, which isn't a long lifespan. 3. redesigns are not allowed unless i am asked. -- i reserve the right to say no. you should respect my decision and not argue. -- scars, hairstyle changes, missing limbs from injuries, or graying from old age does not require perms. -- changing a falconcat's feather color via molting does require perms 4. by using my design in a litter, i reserve the right to remove the design from said litter at any time before the litter closes. -- i will not do this unless you end up on my blacklist/graylist or i don't trust any of the applicants with my design 5. by using my design in a litter, i reserve the right to privately message you and request an applicant who i am uncomfortable with owning my design is not considered for winning it. -- i will pull the kit from the litter if my request is not respected 6. i must ALWAYS receive credit where my art/design is used, including but not limited to: - the litter project - bio project - any artwork made of them 7. if a roleplayer is banned from the rp that had used/owned my design, the design returns to me 8. i reserve the right to reuse and re-giveaway designs that have been reclaimed by me. 9. i reserve the right to use any artwork i have made of the kit as well as the design itself as examples and in portfolios 10. you may not create new designs based on my designs without first asking and running it by me. that's called design theft, i fear.
space/click all designs are mine, they'll say "claimable" if they're.. well. claimable. some of them are really really old :sob: "pending" designs are not claimable but may be claimable at a later date please note i will only give away designs to be used in tss. i used to do designs for other roleplays, but since i am not involved in them i don't keep up with the status of my designs and i've ended up completely losing track of a good few of them. forum to claim design: - name of design - what the design is being used for - name of character/kit the design will be used as - when will this design be used (pref 2 months or less) - do you have the necessary tokens ready to use this design (only necessary if claiming a non-bio hybrid or designs with special traits)
