NOTE AS OF JAN 25: please don't get mad for what im going to say. its just my opinion. i honestly feel like some people are overreacting. theres no need to quit just because an ai is gonna be used like some time in the future. listen. after the massive backlash, scratchteam themselves even made a forum post about the update to the tos AND its linked on the homepage so everybody can see. to quote them: "We also want to assure you that right now, we are not training any AI models on Scratchers’ data. Our work in this space is still in progress and as we iterate and improve our approach to AI, we want to hear from you." they are listening and they haven't done ANYTHING yet. this will happen soon, but please don't worry. it's literally just for a debugging tool (as others tell me) and some other user-suggested things. also, why are people worrying about this like taking ALL your code and allowing ohers to just copy? thats not what they're doing. there's also NO AI IMAGE GENERATION or audio generation, as far as i know. so again, i feel like people are overreacting. share this to people who are worrying about this stuff.
i kinda went everywhere with that paragraph. i just need to touch all bases
