Fixtures: Series 1 (Now Dewhurst + Generic indicator). Logic: Otis MCS 120 Hydraulic (Now ULCEP's copycat of Arkel logic aka ULCEP MultiSelectProMaxPlus). Location: Undisclosed block of flats, El Garcia, ST. Here is a nice and still a bit modern block of flats which opened in July 1997. But the lift? Let's find out! *please scroll down* Aaaaaaaaand... Oh no! Another horrible mod has occured and this time, it's a 1997 Otis Series HIGH-draulic which got turned into ANOTHER super cheap and goofy ahh generic lift in December 2025! I'm just out of words to describe and comment this lift mod! It's just absolute TRASH!!!! This lift is super inefficient and has 1 call at the time memory which is insanely stupid for 8 levels! Also, the fire alarm system of the building used to be a nice Simplex 4100+ voice evac system with Wheelock speaker strobes and remote strobes, but now, it's an horrible Gamewell-FCI one since Dec. 2025! Also, the HVAC system was a Mitsubishi system from 1997, replaced in August 2025 with a newer Mitsubishi system after 28 years of service!
