Hey guys saurrr I think the title is self explanatory. Basically, I started this whole company with WAY too many expectations. My first OFFICIAL auditions were for a survival show called CONSTLLR, a Wjsn Cosmic Girls lookalike group. First of all, gathering auditionees from October 6 to cancelling the show October 30th due to people leaving and not staying was VERY hard. It required a lot of patience with people bc everyone was leaving and not giving me a chance. Sure I shouldn't have started so big, but I was also a new company with no experience whatsoever. I had my first 2 sololists Lia and Stonu Oct 19 and Nov 2, and they were amazing! Lia had her "We Go Up" debut the 5th, and got 45 views in a day, finally slowing down when she reached 80. Lia, @lxna_vibes might be leaving, but in case she sees this, I cannot express my gratitude for her. Stonu didn't debut until a while later with "Eleven", released Nov 25, which got up to 41 views cause I was tired of promoting. I released the members of CONSTLLR one by one, ending up with - @lxna_vibes, @-Milk-lxtte-, @yukiiroo, @Kyo_SuBin, @ASOUE_VFD_SNICKET, @Sunoos_MintCoco, @MaCaroniC_M, @cpidswan, @httpsyukii, @beaudolle. But only 5 out of the ten were REALLY online during this time, which led to me cancelling CONSTLLR all together December 23rd. Jiyeon was a big help with helping me on the SVS, and I owe it to her for helping me through everything! But then we got out of touch again, and became less of friends, which was a mistake. I then posted auditions for NJA, before the cancelling of CONSTLLR, believing that handling two groups would be fine, since one was IA, (then decided on shutting it down later.) The lineup for NJA was released Dec 5th, which was one of my best banners tbh. This was the first group that officially got their lines done and helped release their debut of Gods on Dec 21st. That got up to 57 views, and I was really proud of them, even though I did little to gain more views. (I did my best dw) After closing CONSTLLR I decided to host more auditions for VENOM, a Blackpink lookalike group. Right now, they are all active, and waiting for me to release lines, which really is a first. However, when the lineup came out, 2 out of 4 were IA when I sent them acceptance messages, so I decided to have them replaced, along with Yuki from NJA who left due to her life getting too busy. Jan 10 I released the NJA replacement auditions, which also helped me choose the new 2 members of VENOM. Then finally, I released the lineup and comeback announcement for NJA, thinking I had everything and everyone solid, which came out Jan 13. (My worst banner imo) Anyway, Ana, one of the members of NJA has gone IA again without letting me know, or reaching out to me on a different account, and atp I'm going to end it all. (No, not that) I might leave Scratch as a label entirely, which would probably ruin my life, or keep letting people take advantage of me and ignore my rules on lmk if you're going IA, even if something's going on, you can still tell me so I don't keep myself up worrying about it. I know I'm probably being petty, but I put a lot of work making sure my auditions and idols are noticed. And to have almost ALL of my idols ignore me and go IA just hurts, bc what am I supposed to do, replace them all? I might start over with a new label and earn back the respect that I HAD with Seleneight, which is based on a moon rock btw. I am kind of jealous for all the attention other labels are getting when I've been here longer. I don't understand, is it my banners? Is it my auditions? I don't get it. Because one day, a new label would join, and then host auditions, and IMMEDIATELY when the lineup is released, the people who auditioned respond! I know nobody has i out for me, or does it on purpose, but you should acknowledge the rules and actually care enough to tell the group or your CEO that you're gonna be IA so I don't replace you and then you have something against me. Some people might say I'm saying all this for attention or for people to feel bad, but how else am I supposed to send a message? I just don't know atp. My emotions are very mixed on this topic and I don't really know if anyone cares enough, cause some people don't audition because they judge the banner quality or company quality, but the people behind them are amazing. Here is what I'm saying: Read the rules, pay attention to them. Respecting what your CEO matters, because how else are they supposed to know what's going on? Audition for groups that don't look "high quality, or professional" or whatever, cause that will make their day, and they will remember forever that someone cared enough to actually read their audition and try out. This is Qwi, signing off. For now, I hope. ~
