the stormwings were originaly a small group of dragons who didn't like the way their tribes did things. storm helped form that small group into the stormwings when she was only 6 years old. she made it so that any dragon could join or mate with anyone regardless of tribe and that anyone could challenge the queen to a series of games and such. now almost every dragon is a hibred of some sort.
