They would likely be heard before they made it and would likely be intercepted. Not only that but that drill is going STRAIGHT DOWN, RRI force can simply wait for your elite troops and just mow them DOWN with automatic weapons. Not only that but just in general the physics to do such an operation would make a logistics officer die, not cry, not weep, DIE. These strongholds are DEEP so making sure your drill doesn't cave in and cause you to have a very deep coffin for your elite troops would be very likely. [Evacuation] - Right now RRIs Domus fleets fighting UE are going through a massacre, and being under supplied its been decided that a direct attack on UE is NOT feasible and thus must: Get. The. Hell. OUT. A mad dash to the wormhole would begin. RRI forces would attempt to get to the wormhole as quickly as possible ignoring all forms of combat except self defense, at the meantime a rear guard would stay back to hold of the onslaught of UE ships. The newly arriving RRI ships would find themselves near GASI ships and would floor it as quickly as possible to get the front line in terminus. They would be awarded and the commanders retired. These commanders would teach the future generation about how to counter GASI and UE.
