Dont lose your calm. Dont lose your kindness. No matter what happens. Stay kind. Correct facts. Don't argue. Ignore everything else. when i'm following advice, usually i cant remember all of it after seeing it once. so i write advice for me, and people like me. Remember and apply one bit of this advice and it'll help you. Remember and apply a lot of it, you'll be great. I write this for myself in the past and future. use it yourself, I love it when my suggestions and advice help people.
