So this is an AU where a nuclear b0mb was about to be launched by Russia and go towards the USA, and this b0mb wasn't just any normal nuclear b0mb. It was the kind that could blow up the whole planet! The Celestial family had to leave before it was too late. Eclipse came to help them pack Moon opened a portal to Eclipse's home dimension, and everyone went in. Well, all except for Eclipse. Dazzle forgot her stuffed rabbit, so Eclipse went to get it, but by the time he came back, the portal was already closing. He ran to it, but it was too late. The portal was closed, and he didn't have enough time to open another one. He found a weird looking bunker, and went in cuz' what else could he do? The b0mb was launched and started heading for the center of the US. suddenly the bunker started rumbling, and the seat, the one Eclipse was in, automatically buckled around Eclipse's waist. The bunker wasn't a bunker it was a friggin mini rocket! It automatically launched off the planet by itself in an hour. And after a few hours, the planet exploded. By then, the rocket started heading towards Mars. Eclipse looked at what was left of Earth, clutching the one thing he went after, Dazzle's plushed rabbit. After a little over a year, the rocket was nearly past Jupiter's orbit, when a random asteroid started heading for the rocket, fast. Eclipse had to choose quickly, put on a spacesuit, which takes longer but could give him more safety, or just get out and possibly d!3. He chose option number two, since he had nothing left to lose. He grabbed the plush, and ejected himself out of the rocket. And everything just went quiet. It was extremely cold, he couldn't do much to move himself in the direction he wanted, and all he could do was look at what was in front of him. He floated the rest that time afterwards, slowly. As the years went by, the Sun seemed to slowly shrink as he drifted away. During that time, he usually thought to himself since that's all hear could hear, his own thoughts. Sometimes he'd stare at stars, others he'd hug the rabbit plush, sleeping. Sometimes he'd cry, the rest just depended on his mood. As he went past Saturn, which was beautiful up close, his paint slowly, bit by bit, chipped away, the plastic cracking. By the time he passed Neptune, he couldn't move much. His body was slowly deteriorating, his body covered with cracks, rays chipping away, everything so cold that his tears froze before they could shed off properly. He was barely awake, and slept most of the time he was alone. He was in space for about 63 Earth years, and by then, his body was frozen solid, but he was still alive. His memories on Earth were too far away for him to reach, but he could clearly remember where every star was. Then one day, he saw something slowly coming towards him. At first, he thought it was a space object that he'll get k!113d by. Not that he cared anyways. He was done suffering. But then later on, he realized that it wasn't a random space object. It was a spaceship! Soon, it approached Eclipse. And a strange robotic arm gently grabbed him and pulled him towards the ship. Eclipse slowly passed out as he was taken inside. When he woke up, everything hurt, felt weird, or both. He opened his eyes, and the bright lights hurt his eyes. By the time they adjusted, which took an hour or so, he spotted strange creatures piloting the deck. He was confused about how he was still alive. He tried to get up, but he realized he was trapped up in a see-through pod, and the rabbit plush was gone. The space creatures must've heard him, because one of them got off of its seat and floated towards Eclipse, who was trying to yell, but couldn't because his voice box broke a long time ago. The creature spoke a completely strange and creepy language, and Eclipse freaked out even more since he heard it, and his ears hurt from it. He started thrashing in the pod, which hurt but he didn't care. He was scared and confused about what was going on. The pod opened and the creature super gently held him and cradled him, which sorta helped. Soon, the ship approached a strange but pretty planet. They took Eclipse to some weird place and repaired him, after that they placed him in a strange room that had what looked like a dog bed. He really just curled up in a corner most of the time. Then the next day, the same creature came into the room and went towards him. He thought he was going to be eaten or something like that, but no. The alien gave him back the rabbit plush, which was repaired and looked the same way it did when that b0mb was launched. He hugged it like it was a treasure. He suddenly felt something brush his rays. The alien was petting him, speaking in soft, low and strangely comforting tones. Then it picked Eclipse up and took him to its home. When the door was open, two more aliens, who looked much younger, hugged it. Over the days, Eclipse lived in the house and figured certain things out. The alien that comforted him back in the(+)
