He loves his kits just as he loves all his family, his only support unit and the only ones he won’t be hostile towards. In fact, he’ll almost be somewhat of a fun parent, or try his best, as he didn’t see much of his parents back in his day and he wants his kits to trust him and the family as a whole. This will mean teaching his kits that their insane aunt is in fact safe and desensitizing them to bad things, which could potentially have a negative impact on their compassion and emotional intelligence. He’ll also teach them that they are better than these other kits and cats in general and tell them that they are perfect. He’s also still very strict and expects the best of them, and the fun parent act will drop if his expectations are not fulfilled.
