Wanted to test how well Scratch holds up when it comes to frame-by-frame animation. Have a silly cat.
Sound effect is one of the templates within Scratch, but pitched up. Frames were drawn on my phone with a stylus, and I used Vector's layering system as an onion skin and drew over the previous frame, before converting to Bitmap. It was tedious, lol
