FULL BLURB: I know I'm probably not the first person to come up with this idea, but I wanted to do it anyway (plus, in situations like this, the more the merrier, right?). As I'm sure many of you know by now, Scratch's Terms of Service were recently updated to integrate AI into the program. Specifically, AI will be used to "empower the community" and protect Scratchers and their data. I know people will have differing opinions on AI and its uses, but I do not believe that AI should be used in this manner. If we lean too heavily on AI "empowering Scratchers", then the amount of real creativity on Scratch could dwindle. Additionally, I believe that AI is not reliable enough to be used as a filter or for protection. This is why I encourage you to sign this petition (by commenting your username), add this project to anti-AI studios, love/favorite/remix, and do anything else you can to spread the word. There's a chance that if we make our voices heard, we can take AI off of Scratch once and for all. I hope you will join me in this ambition.
