Dont Be Mean And for rules about controlling a nation: 1. If you are in a bad position ask for aid or form an alliance 2. All alliance members have to agree to be in the alliance 3. Tell me that you want to expand and you will get more land (you cant expand too much) 4. To go to war you must inform me and i will make a project where all involved nations will be able to talk about plans and such 5. Becoming inactive will make your nation loose power, being active makes your nation get buffs
