Collin is just a kid but realized, with unfortunate timing, he had lightning powers. This causes electricity to course through every part of his body making his hair stick up, this is why kids used to bully him by calling him “Cauliflower” which is why he hates the vegetable and refuses to wear the color white(hence the gray shirt for the suit). He hasn’t fully harnessed his powers and they sometimes cause harm but overall he means to do good.
