Bitland Preview – Early Access Overview The preview build is a test‑bed for new sprites, mechanics, and visual tweaks. Everything shown is provisional and may change based on player feedback. What’s in the Preview - Prototype gameplay systems built on the same 2‑D pixel foundation. - Incremental texture updates: each refreshed sprite is streamed into the game immediately, giving a constantly evolving visual experience. - Layered sprite building: place fences, torches, and other objects to see how the forced‑perspective camera renders them from multiple angles. Planned / Work‑In‑Progress Updates - Mobile Support (Touch Controls) - Health and Hunger Meters - First Enemy Creatures Controls (Keyboard) W – walk forward A / D – rotate the camera left or right Space – jump E – open / close the inventory Left‑click – interact with or break a foreground object 1‑9 / scroll / click – switch the selected item Building Process 1. Open the inventory and click a tool, fence, torch, etc., to create its sprite. 2. Hold the sprite and click the world to place it. 3. Rotate the camera and report any visual quirks; the team will use that data to fine‑tune the look.
