ive heard a few things about the ai ive heard there will be no image generation, and that was put there for legal reasons i also heard that the code ai will credit the users it takes from. one of my biggest problems with ai is the lack of credit after all (mostly with image generation, but general ai generation has this problem). that and being just flat wrong. i am going to wait until the new TOS actually comes into place, in a few weeks, and see if im fine with it from there. if it gives credit and accurate information AND theres absolutely no image generation, ill reshare my projects. so ill wait and see (January 28th, 2026)
