Plan: North Korea would ready it's nuclear arsenal. We would send the military into China with the main goal of capturing a few zombies. Once they are captured, we could put our top researchers in chemical warfare to the test. They would develop a bioweapon against the zombie threat. The North Korean military would begin to mass arm itself with AA-12s and create new armour. Our APCs and IFVs would be modernized. A massive 5-feet long and 1-inch wide shotgun would be mounted on each IFV. We would make it semi-automatic. The gun itself could kill dozens of zombies, but combined with powerful and well-trained KPA infantry inside the IFV, it would be unstoppable. We would race through China, helicopters providing air support and rescuing any civilians we come across. With the breakdown of the Chinese government, North Korean forces would lead a massive evacuation. Anyone too slow would be shot and killed on the spot, everyone able to much march north of the Great Wall of China. Once the vast majority of Chinese civilians would be evacuated, we would begin to plant nuclear-landmines (The British invented them 100 years ago) a good distance away from the wall. Once zombies start to approach, they would set off the land-mines, killing millions of them instantly and creating a wall of radiation preventing zombies from coming any closer. We would evacuate CCP officials back to North Korea, making them swear loyalty to Kim. Once the coastlines have been mostly evacuated, our nuclear arsenal would be unleashed. Killing another couple million zombies and eradicating the coastline to prevent them from somehow going to Japan or something. KPA soldiers would shoot anyone even suspected of being infected. While millions of innocent Chinese people would be killed this way, the infected would have no chance of spreading north. A puppet government for China would be established in Changchun, they would manage the new refugees from China and begin mass producing factories to fuel the North Korean war effort. With the zombie virus contained in China for now, this would give humanity time to work on a cure. The Great Wall of China would be massively fortified, massive shotguns would be placed on top with biological land mines planted in front of it. It would be reinforced with many inches of steel and turned into a fortress. Swift and brutal would be the only response North Korea understands. The blood of some innocents justifies protecting the rest of humanity.
