I don't need good art for the drawing, but if it's bad then just grow over time. Also please be creative, I won't accept it if I can see too much of a resemblance to a Marvel or DC character. just remix it to make your application
yeah so he was a regular dude but then he went to space and encountered a cosmic energy beam and apparently absorbed it and now he constantly emits energy, so the dudes at NASA made a suit that focuses the energy into kinetic energy so now he runs extra fast and the suit charges as he lets off energy. I based HEAVILY off of Gauss Prime from Warframe and Savitar from DC
