ID: OE-010 "ScrapBane" Threat Level: Extreme Description: OE-010 is a large, rusty orange and black robot with a large, gaping smile carved into its face, a left claw with 3 digits, a blaster cannon for a right hand, two horn-like protrusions on either side of its head, and a singular, glowing red eye, with wires and tubes running through its body. It has two additional arms from its back, with the ends resembling a vice and a saw, respectively. Its rusty, broken appearance contrasts with its polished, metallic augments, suggesting it has been active longer than the other OEs documented. In an encounter with OE-010, seek shelter immediately. Do not allow his eye to make contact with you, and stay in one place until he leaves. Play dead if needed, though it may be too late.
