This means that he will assume the best of others and will easily reciprocate love but holds grudges for a long time and will turn his back on you for one mistake. Tody likes to know what's going on and will not hesitate to ask a lot of questions. He also likes to plan a lot in order to be prepared and sudden changes can be daunting. Tody loves to talk to others even if they don't always get him, he will often try to fill a silence or pause in a conversation. Sometimes he will talk to himself, acting out scenarios in his head. However, Tody can be a little overbearing because he doesn't really stop talking. Tody likes to tell stories and is very creative, he can come up with games to play or make a real encounter into a fantastical adventure. ~✦︎~ Future Gender + Pronouns Male, prefers he/him ~✧~ Future Sexuality Pan ~✦︎~ Character Experience / Roleplay Experience This is my first character in gens, I have rp'd a lot (not as much on scratch though) and I like to write. I am a part of lineage rp. ~✧~ Research [ if needed ] ASD or autism spectrum disorder can vary a lot between people (hence 'spectrum'). There are many different experiences and people who feel different ways. Autism is a developmental condition that is present from a young age. Some people with autism may be completely nonverbal, take years longer than usual to learn to speak, only be nonverbal during high stress or overstimulating situations, or be completely verbal, basically what I'm trying to show is how much this condition varies from person to person. Traits commonly associated with autism: rigidity to rules (set in place by the individual or by someone else), difficulty in social situations, difficulty in understanding others emotions, fixating on certain topics (often known as 'special interests'), sensory hypersensitivity, excessive and specific stimms (repetitive movements used to calm oneself), limited eye contact. Autisic people might also mask, or curate the way that they act in order to fit society's expectations and to fit in. Tody's autism: Tody finds it difficult to understand nonverbal ques (such as facial expressions or tail signals) and does not maintain eye contact. He has difficulty responding to change and follows rules closely. He stimms flicking his tail around rapidly and he has a sensitivity to specific noises and textures. He can go nonverbal when he is overstimulated which looks like him barely responding to others and using one word answers or gestures. He might learn to mask, watching closely for the right expressions, stopping himself from stimming, ect. It depends on his experiences growing up.
