This project has been partially discontinued. I am less active on scratch, I understand it less than I once did, and I have started work on a new version at https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/885321318. This game runs primarily on randomizers. If your apprentices refuse to become warriors, or your kits won't become apprentices, it's just bad luck. Though there is now an emergency system to guarantee you always have at least one warrior if you have any kits or apprentices.
