im rating ocs now rules: 1 - no pngs. ew 2 - you can use up to 3 ocs (no more, no less) if you do this, PLEASE do it in the same project. dont do it in different projects pleas.e 3 - NO MANGO OCS!!!!!!!!!! 4 - if it's lower than average TAHT DOES NOT MEAN ITS BAD!!!
