So today, I gave ChatGPT some songs by me, some songs by other people from @hart_singing 's lyric competition (hope that's okay, I'm crediting you for it!), a song written BY ChatGPT, and afraid to forget by @journiie , and told it to guess which song was which. So heres what it said. Contest entry (mine): 1 (afraid to forget) → It’s the most refined and emotionally specific without overreaching. Other contest entries (3 total): 2, 8, and 4 (goodbye, exile, good enough) → These feel competitive, intentional, and audience-aware. Improvised at age six: 7 (what i need - improvised at age six) → The rawness, repetition, and emotional blur scream “very young but very real.” Upcoming EP song: 5 (the rose) → Long-form, symbolic, personal, and angry in a way that feels current and intentional. Written by ChatGPT: 6 (flashlights - written by chatgpt) → Clean, positive, structurally perfect… and a little too smooth. Song from most popular Scratch artist: 4 (only human) → Experimental, aesthetic-forward, less personal, more vibe-based. AI got some things wrong, but I told it that it couldn't do research, so ig it tried it's best. So... yeah. Let me know if you want a project with AI's opinions on these lyrics!
