Ever wanted to roll a couple of infinite-sided dice? how bout 10 10-sided dice? A 1-million-sided die? Well, now you can, with the dice sim! Set your number of dice and faces with the brainiac (that's the guy with the glasses), then select your mode. In random roll mode (you say yes) you can get a completely random sum of the dice. In probability mode, you can see a live count of how many times your number is getting rolled out of 1. (If the number is being rolled less than all other numbers, at least. If the number is being rolled the same amount of times as other numbers, the brainiac will say 1, and if your number is being rolled more than all other numbers, the brainiac will say a number greater than 1. If you are measuring the outcome of a 1-sided die landing on 1, the brainiac will automatically say infinity.) If you would like to stop running the count in this mode, press space. Sadly, the amount of dice you picked is not applicable in this mode. Press R to restart.
Since I started on Scratch, I have been wanting to use the "pick random from _ to _" function to create a randomizer game. I myself love probability mode more than anything else in the simulator. A fun challenge: try to make the number or probability you roll match up with the graphics!
