When the sun begins to die, for mysterious reasons, Dr. Ryland Grace--former scientist and currently a 6th grade elementary science teacher--is earth's only hope. The actual movie releases in March 2026. I can't wait to see it. Project Hail Mary is a book by Andy Weir, the author of The Martian (another one of my favorite books).
I read this book and loved it, so I wanted to make a video of it. I'd apologize for the spoilers, but the official movie trailer gives away most of this. I thought it would be fun to mostly use Scratch library art for this. See if you can spot all of them! A few costumes are my art. A few of the backgrounds were made by Gemini. The songs are all popular songs you probably already know but I mixed them for this.
