[tw, mentions of murder] hello! so , due to events that have happened to Holly as well as her personality , she will develop anxiety :] I have severe anxiety myself [not TECHNICALLY diagnosed, but it is very very very suspected by my therapist as well as doctor.] and I will be going off of my own experiences for this. Hollysting will become slightly agressive as well as paranoid as her anxiety develops. she will try to hide it, but she is constantly vigilant for ‘threats’ or cats who intend to ‘harm her’ at all times. her short fuse becomes even shorter with this, and she can lash out over small things. she suspects others are ‘after her’ after the accidental murder she committed and she is always suspicious of cats of other clans, specifically flurryclan. she worries a LOT of her own safety and her family’s, and now sees danger at every turn. when with unfamiliar cats, she grows a bit uncomfortable and begins to worry over whether or not she is acting alright or looks okay, which comes from her worry about the blood that had clung to her claws after the fight. she’s self conscious about how she looks and tends to become defensive whenever someone comments on her appearance. they also can occasionally experience panic attacks when thinking of something traumatic or overall bad, which would mean hyperventilating, talking fast when speaking, wide eyes, as well as struggling to compose themselves. she also struggles with sitting still and feels the need to constantly be in movement, as well as withdrawing into herself when faced with problems. signs of anxiety include: rapid heartbeat, quick breathing, sweating, trembling, nausea, and fatigue. she may also struggle with being productive after a particular bad panic attack, such as avoiding hunting, patrolling, or even speaking to other cats :] reminder that this is all based off of myself and my own experiences.
