Jumping on late. I’m not putting a thumbnail cuz AI. Scratch Team, don’t AI train @cartooney ‘s art anyway. — 1: What story will you be using to answer these questions? How would you quickly describe the storyline? I will be using my longest running series, Quest of the Diamond. 2: What inspired your story? I wanted to make a superhero story with me as the protagonist and it spiraled. 3: Does it take place on Earth or in a made up land? In what time? It takes place in the distant future, where due to overpopulation, minors between 4-21 are sent to another planet to live. 4: What’s a favorite place in your story and the events that happen there? Maybe the HQ. 5: Who is your protagonist? What is their mission? Basically Claire is the protagonist, but becomes more morally grey and cynical as the story progresses. Part 1 is light hearted, the others are not. Claire is the “Chosen One” in a prophecy and has OP powers, and is supposed to save her planet one day. 6: Who is the most underrated character in your story and why? Maybe Cleo. All that she does for Claire is super underrated. 7: What two characters have the most interesting relationship (good or bad)? Penny and Cleo are girlfriends, but Cleo’s afraid Penny doesn’t love her anymore and Penny is acting more distant as she’s scared she’s too naggy and overly sensitive. Their relationship is one of the more interesting ones. There’s also Johnson and Seline. Basically Johnson kidnaps Seline and she is terrified of him but has nowhere else to go and stays with him and they genuinely care about each other, to the point of Johnson treating her like a little sister. Sadly, he dies. Claire and Olivia start off friends, but drift apart. Olivia becomes jealous as she has an unhealthy obsession with Claire and becomes the series’ main antagonist, all behind Claire’s back. 8: What are the conflicts of the story? Do you have villains? While a good chunk of villains redeem themselves as their motives aren’t pure evil, Jestan and Olivia are certainly the worst. 9: Which character is the most misunderstood? A lot of people seem to think just because of his trauma, Jestan can be fixed. No. The trauma scarred him irreparably and shaped him into a monster. He is irredeemable. 10: Is there a character the most like you (or even based off you)? What qualities do you share? Claire. 11: Is there an animal sidekick? No. 12: Who or what acts as the comedic relief? A cringe guy called Darwin who claims to have hot vibes. He doesn’t. 13: What is the underlying message or moral of the story? Idk. 14: What are some symbols or hidden meanings you have placed? Working on it. 15: What genre would you consider your story? Starts off as comedy and adventure, but as the story progresses(especially after Darwin’s death) the comedy scenes decrease. 16: What type of media is your story (book, animation, movie, play, etc)? Comic. It’s mostly in my head and mini sketchbooks 17: What’s a song that matches an event or character in your story? Gravity by Hazbin Hotel fits Tai VERY WELL. 18: Is it a cast of people, animals, or both? People and demons 19: What’s something funny or ridiculous that happens? Darwin. 20: What’s the biggest obstacle your protagonist must overcome? I guess her trust issues Continued in Notes and Credits
21: Does anyone die? How does it change things? A lot of people. Madison’s demise is the first sacrifice made for the Diamond. SZ’s demise is to show that anyone and everyone is merely a pawn for Jestan’s use. Kai’s death is for Tai’s character development because Tai needs to learn to stop holding grudges and staying bitter. Johnson’s sacrifice is to show how much he’s changed and how much he wants to distance himself from the awful things he’s done. The Creator’s mysterious death has Chelsea questioning the true meaning of justice and resulting in her getting character development. Chloe’s unalivement shows how much Tai’s sanity has crumbled to the point of him unaliving her for revenge, and shows Tai’s newfound bitterness. Claire also gains character development from this. Darwin’s death takes away most of the comedic moments, as a warning that it’ll be more serious from there on out. It’s also to show that behind every comic relief character is some seriousness. There will be more blood spilled, but uhhhhh I’m still in the planning phase. 22: Which character would you choose to be your friend? Who would you not get along with? I usually like characters like Tai. We would actually get along. Uhhhhhh Dexter. He’s very cynical and pragmatic. 23: If any, what weapons are used? Swords and other stuff, but powers are mostly the “weapons”. 24: How does your story differ now from when you first started making it? I started off with a superhero comedy comic. Now it’s a lot more serious with a lot of different dynamics, meanings and character development. 25: What’s something interesting about your story that wasn’t asked about here? Uh Claire comes out as genderfaun in the fourth part and goes by C with they/vey/xe/him pronouns. The only reason I’m still referring to her as a girl is because I’m currently planning out the third part where she’s still a girl. Last thing: Yes, I know I’m giving a lot of details on my story, but I’m also being intentionally vague on the full plot. The main reason I’m giving large details with little to no context is because I know AI will have a hard time piecing the narrative together. That is if the ST uses my project for AI. Please, please don’t use my story for AI purposes either way.
