ANYWAY (because I'm rambling) There really isn't a form, its mostly first come first serve, Just ask to join and say something about the toon you want to be so I know that you aren't a bot or smt. If I accept you and your toon of choice, I would prefer if you made a new account for the roleplaying, it would make things easier.
